For homes to be constructed, homebuyers select a floor plan, and then separately select a lot. Some floor plans may not be available to be built on certain lots in a community depending upon lot size, orientation, adjacent floor plans, or other planning decisions. Furthermore, many communities may have homesite premiums on all of the lots available at any given point in time for purchase in a community. While lots with $0 homesite premiums may sometimes be available, such lots will not be available at all times in communities because such lots frequently sell out quickly, and may not be available in every phase of development or in every community. If homebuyers do not want to pay a homesite premium and are waiting for lots with $0 homesite premiums to be released in the future, there are risks, including, but not limited to: the risk that no additional $0 homesite premium may be released, or that floor plan prices may increase beyond the cost of a homesite premium because the cost of materials, labor and market factors change frequently.

Floor plan prices, homesite premiums, and community “starting from” prices may change frequently due to market conditions, recently sold homes, available lots, available quick move-in homes, and other factors, and as such, actual prices listed in sales offices may vary from prices displayed on website. Website prices are for general informational purposes only and are not offers or commitments to sell at a specified price. Website prices are not updated in real time or even daily, but rather are updated periodically or weekly, and as such, may be out of date on certain days. Similarly, any third-party websites which upload prices and data from our website will have delays in price changes compared to our website and sales offices. While we may have ownership interests in some third-party websites, those websites are independently owned and operated.

Note that, even if you submit an offer for the current listed floor plan and homesite premium prices to a sales representative, the purchase agreement is not a binding contract until it is accepted and ratified by the designated KB Home division Sales Director. During certain real estate markets, prices and homesite premiums may increase frequently and multiple offers may be submitted concurrently from different homebuyers, and the company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to: (a) decline or counter any offers, (b) reduce, delay or cancel any planned lot or phase releases, (c) or to use interest lists, wait lists, lotteries, or other mechanisms to evaluate and allocate potential sales to homebuyers.

Square footages are approximate and may vary in construction and depending on the standard measurement used. KB Home reserves the right to make changes to its home designs and to build more or fewer homes than currently planned. Any energy savings, community or neighborhood benefits, features, descriptions, views, open spaces, conservation areas, golf courses, and school information are not guaranteed, are subject to change or modification at any time, and certain items may require a separate membership fee and/or fee for use. Individual energy costs and savings will vary. Any estimated energy costs or savings should not be relied upon in any way when making purchasing decisions. KB Home does not guarantee that any specific level of energy utility costs or savings will be achieved or maintained, even if the home is built as designed per the relevant home plan. Actual energy utility costs or savings will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to daily activities, home maintenance practices, household size, use of appliances, lighting and internal climate control systems, and the surrounding climate and weather conditions.
